In 1999, Former Federal employee, Mr. John Spanton, shares his insights on the inner workings of the United States Government and how the Libertarian Party can fit itself into the larger debates and political fabrics of America heading into 21st. Century. The address occurred in St. Croix Falls, WI, as part of a Liberty Rally conducted the St. Croix Valley Liberty, a Libertarian Party of Wisconsin informal discussion group.
